Judge

Judge ye not

lest ye be judged

I have not struggled with this much

I have

been blest

with the gift of empathy

I am able

to

look at those around me

and

wonder,

"What must it

be like

in their

shoes?"

"How would I

act if I was

walking in their

shoes?"

empathy is different than sympathy

my understanding is

to sympathize with someone

you feel sorry

or have 'pity' for them

to empathize with someone

you feel understanding

or compassion for them

I would appreciate if more people

would look at me with empathy

instead of

sympathy

and

judgement.
